As soon as we recieve your order the total charge of your purchase will be held against your cedit card. The transaction will not go through until we have checked our stock for availability. As soon as the item has been packed and is ready to be sent out to you the full amount is deducted from your account.

If you use a norwegian credit card, the currency used is norwegian kroner, and the VAT, which is included in the price, will be clearly stated together with the total sum before you confirm your order. All other orders are processed in Euro at the rate from the Bank of Norway issued on the day of the actual credit card transaction.

Your order is binding as soon as it is confirmed, please make sure you check you order confirmation immediately upon reciept and let us know if anything is wrong. You can contact us on sales@uglycc.com.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 8 days of confirmation. Although if your order has been shipped before your cancellation you are responsible for returning the goods to us and covering the cost of this before any refund is made.

Any information given to you in the process of shopping and description of our goods should be as accurate as possible. If you feel you have been misinformed, please contact us immediately. If the product you have ordered is out of stock we reserve the right to cancel he order, you will be informed on such an instance.

All our prices are given i EURO. If your are shopping from outside of Norway, the price for the product will be the total price you pay, shipping included!  (local taxes and customs charges outside of Norway may appear) If you are shopping from a Norwegian address,  we will of course also ship your shopping free of charge but we will send you a confirmation of your shopping in NOK with specified VAT. The currency exchange rate used is that issued from of the Bank of Norway at the same day your VISA transaction is processed.

Delivery will be made to the address confirmed in your order.

If your delivery in any way has any faults or does not meet your expectations you have to let us know immediately and at the latest 8 days after receiving the products, you will then have the right to have the product(s) repaired or replaced.
